2017 Knoxville Film Festival

Regal is proud to host the 2017 Knoxville Film Festival! This year’s festival will be at the Regal Downtown West 8 from Friday, September 15 to Sunday, September 17.

Now entering its 14th year, the Knoxville Film Festival has become the largest film festival in Eastern Tennessee. The 2016 iteration of the festival showed 84 films from 21 states and seven countries to more than the 4000 in attendance.

2017 Brazilian Film Festival of Miami

Regal is proud to host the 2017 Brazilian Film Festival of Miami! This year’s festival will be at the Regal South Beach Stadium 18 & IMAX from Wednesday, September 20 to Saturday, September 23.

South Beach 18 will be host to the competitive screening portion of the festival. Films in competition are premieres in Miami and represent a diverse panorama of the latest Brazilian productions.

Continuing with its 21st version of the festival, the Brazilian Film Festival of Miami seeks to provide the exposure of Brazilian culture to residents of Miami and visitors through the medium of films.

2017 Calabasas Film Festival

Regal is proud to host the 2017 Calabasas Film Festival! This year’s festival will be at the Edwards Calabasas Stadium 6 from Thursday, September 14 to Saturday, September 16.

With a wide variety of options ranging from studio fare and documentaries to shorts and student screenings, CFF truly offers something for just about everyone.

The Calabasas Film Festival seeks to provide their community an opportunity to connect over a passion for films by showcasing quality selections from all genres, while also seeking to honor the future of the industry by offering young filmmakers a platform to showcase their talents with student screenings and events.

2017 San Diego International Film Festival

Regal is proud to host the 2017 San Diego International Film Festival! This year’s festival will be at the UA Horton Plaza 8 from Thursday, October 5 to Sunday, October 8.

As the San Diego region’s premier film event, the festival offers an experience that few others can. In addition to many premieres of major award-quality films, SDIFF features the latest work from veteran filmmakers while also showcasing younger talent and their debuts.

As part of the San Diego Film Foundation, The San Diego International Film Festival seeks to use film to explore issues of global impact, to create dialogue, to encourage self-reflection and ultimately to develop empathy and understanding in the world.

2017 Hamptons International Film Festival

Regal is proud to host the 2017 Hamptons International Film Festival! This year’s festival will be at the UA East Hampton 6 from Thursday, October 5 to Monday, October 9 and at the UA Southampton 4 from Friday, October 6 to Sunday, October 8.

One of the top festivals on the East Coast, HIFF routinely screens some of the best films of each year and can be a good indicator of which films will see great success during awards season. The Festival has screened the Best Picture Oscar winner eight of the last nine years and the Festival’s Audience Award winner has been nominated for Best Picture for seven straight years.

Celebrating its 25th Anniversary, the Hamptons International Film Festival was founded to celebrate Independent films in all forms and to introduce a wide variety of international fare to their audience.

2017 Bend Film Festival

Regal is proud to host the 2017 BendFilm Festival! This year’s festival will be at the Regal Old Mill Stadium 16 & IMAX from Thursday, October 12 to Sunday, October 15.

Now in its 14th year, the BendFilm Festival has grown to be one of the top film festivals for independent filmmakers and talent to have their work exhibited.

2017 Knoxville Horror Film Festival

Regal is proud to host the 2017 Knoxville Horror Film Fest! This year’s festival will be at the Regal Downtown West 8 from Friday, October 20 to Sunday, October 22.

Founded in 2009, Knoxville Horror Film Fest has quickly grown from a one evening screening of short films to a weekend-long event including the short film competition.

KHFF seeks to showcase the best in current, cult and classic horror cinema and short films from up-and-coming filmmakers to fans who value the experience of being scared along with others in the theatre environment.

2017 Glendale International Film Festival

Regal is proud to host the 2017 Glendale International Film Festival! This year’s festival will be at the UA La Canada 8 in Glendale, CA from Friday, October 20 to Sunday, October 22.

Now in its 4th year, the Glendale International Film Festival seeks to give opportunities to filmmakers to showcase their talents and works and to expose the audience to new experiences they won’t see anywhere else.

Also, as a non-profit, the Festival seeks to foster the develop the next generation of filmmakers by ensuring that 20% of their proceeds will go to the Glendale schools as an endowment for filmmaking and screenwriting classes.

2017 Denver Film Festival

Regal is proud to host the 2017 Denver Film Festival! This year’s festival will be at the UA Denver Pavilions Stadium 15 from Thursday, November 2 to Sunday, November 12.

Celebrating its 40th Anniversary, the Denver Film Festival has become the one of the Rocky Mountain Region’s premier events. The festival routinely features more than 250 films in almost any type and genre, ranging from documentaries and short films to independent fare and the studios’ next big blockbusters.

The Denver Film Festival is part of the Denver Film Society, which seeks to promote film as both an art form and civic forum, while developing the public’s relationship and understanding of film and film culture.

2017 Chinese American Film Festival

Regal is proud to host the 2017 Chinese American Film Festival! This year’s festival will be at the Edwards Alhambra Renaissance Stadium 14 & IMAX in Alhambra, CA from Thursday, November 2 to Thursday, November 16.

Founded in 2005 by EDI Media, Inc., The Chinese American Film Festival has become one of the most influential Chinese American cultural events that connects the world’s two largest film markets. In fact, it is the only Chinese American cultural event that has been officially recognized by both the U.S. and Chinese governments.

2017 Austin Jewish Film Festival

Regal is proud to host the 2017 Austin Jewish Film Festival! This year’s festival will be at the Regal Arbor 8 @ Great Hills from Saturday, November 4 to Friday, November 10.

Now in its 15th year, the Austin Jewish routinely features from across the world that seeks to entertain, educate and provoke thought within the Jewish community while also trying to build cultural bridges to the non-Jewish community through the use of films that examine Jewish life and culture.
