Regal theatres are closing temporarily at the end of the day on Thursday, October 8.

We know you have questions about your Regal Unlimited subscriptions, and we will do our best to address what this means for your subscription plans.

 

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions

Effective immediately, we are freezing all Unlimited subscriptions with no payments being taken for monthly Unlimited subscribers. You will be able to use your Unlimited membership through the end of the day on Thursday, October 8.

Your Unlimited subscription contract will be extended the number of days our theatres are closed and upon re-opening we will communicate this information with you.

If you have paid for your Regal Unlimited subscription a year in advance, your subscription has been frozen with no payments taken effective immediately. 

Your subscription contract will be extended the amount of time our theatres are closed and upon re-opening, we will communication this information with you. 

RCC Credits, Rewards & GEM Statuses.

RCC Credit,s Rewards, & GEM Statuses

Any RCC credits, rewards or GEM statuses that have expired while our theatres were closed will be returned prior to your home theatre reopening. Future credit expiration dates have also been extended the amount of time our theatres were closed plus 30 days.

Birthday Rewards

Birthday Rewards

Any birthday rewards that expired while we were closed will be reinstated when your home theatre reopens. Additionally, if you had a birthday while we were closed, you will receive a birthday reward loaded directly to your Regal Unlimited subscription pass good for 30 days, prior to your home theatre reopening.

We will continue to update the status of all theatres, Regal Crown Club and Regal Unlimited subscriptions on our mobile app and here online.
