Exciting News - Starting August 21, Regal Will Begin Opening Theatres

With this amazing news comes some amazing things to know.

Our commitment remains to provide a safe and healthy environment for our employees and guests, so please check out the Health and Safety measures we are putting into place here.

We are excited to welcome our existing Unlimited members back with One Month Free of Subscription Fees. This includes no surcharges during the month for theatres outside your subscription plan. Your Unlimited subscription will reactivate on August 21, 2020, or such later date as described below under "Monthly Subscriptions" or "Annual Subscriptions" (as applicable). Check out Subscription Details within your Regal Unlimited account profile to see your new payment due date once your home theatre reopens.

Your Unlimited subscription contract and payment due dates have been extended by the number of days our theatres have been closed, plus an additional 30 free days. If your home theatre does not reopen on August 21, the 30 days will begin from the date your home theatre reopens, or you begin using your Unlimited subscription pass at another open theatre. Your home theatre is the theatre you chose during Unlimited sign up.

If you have paid for your Regal Unlimited subscription a year in advance, your subscription will be extended by the number of days our theatres have been closed, plus an additional 30 free days. If your home theatre does not reopen on August 21, the 30 days will begin from the date your home theatre reopens, or you begin using your Unlimited subscription pass at another open theatre.

RCC Credits, Rewards & GEM Statuses.

RCC Credit,s Rewards, & GEM Statuses

Any RCC credits, rewards or GEM statuses that have expired while our theatres were closed will be returned prior to your home theatre reopening. Future credit expiration dates have also been extended the amount of time our theatres were closed plus 30 days.

Birthday Rewards

Birthday Rewards

Any birthday rewards that expired while we were closed will be reinstated when your home theatre reopens. Additionally, if you had a birthday while we were closed, you will receive a birthday reward loaded directly to your Regal Unlimited subscription pass good for 30 days, prior to your home theatre reopening.

We will continue to update the status of all theatres, Regal Crown Club and Regal Unlimited subscriptions on our mobile app and here online.
