Regal is excited to welcome back Regal Unlimited subscribers to our theatres opening in select locations starting Friday, April 2, in time for Godzilla vs. Kong, with additional theatres opening in the weeks to follow.

Please find details below about your Regal Unlimited subscriptions, Regal Crown Club rewards and credit statuses.

All subscriptions have been unfrozen so you can get tickets to any Regal theatres that reopen.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual Subscriptions

No payments for monthly Unlimited subscriptions will be taken until June 15, unless you visit a Regal theatre.  Once you visit a Regal theatre, your payment cycle will resume where it left off prior to closure and the contract will be reinstated.  For annual subscriptions, your contract will be extended until you visit or June 15.

RCC Credits, Rewards & GEM Statuses.

RCC Credit,s Rewards, & GEM Statuses

All expired rewards, expired credits and GEM statuses will be added to your accounts prior to reopening, so they will be ready when you return to our theatres. You can check this at REGmovies.com or on the Regal app.

Birthday Rewards

Birthday Rewards

Any birthday rewards that expired while we were closed will be reinstated when your home theatre reopens. Additionally, if you had a birthday while we were closed, you will receive a birthday reward loaded directly to your Regal Unlimited subscription pass good for 30 days, prior to your home theatre reopening.
