Starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020, all Regal theatres will remain closed until further notice as a precaution amid the current circumstances.

Beginning tomorrow we will suspend payments for all Unlimited members until we reopen.

It’s our goal to provide a safe and healthy environment for our employees and guests. We value your patronage and have no doubt we will be serving you again as soon as possible with a full slate of Hollywood blockbusters.

We will continue to update the status of all theatres on our mobile app and online at REGmovies.com. We will contact you with reopening details once available.

We sincerely wish good health for you and your families during these uncertain times.

When will Regal reopen?

We will be monitoring the situation as it evolves, closely following government and health authority guidelines and will update on any further developments as and when we have them. As always, the health and well being of our customers and staff is our number one priority. We are incredibly grateful for your support and continued love of movies.

Are you shutting the theatres because there has been an incident of coronavirus?

No. We do not know of any confirmed incidents of coronavirus in any of our theatres and are closing as a precautionary measure to protect our customers and staff in line with government and health authority guidelines. As always, the health and well being of our customers and staff is our number one priority.

How will you let customers know when the theatres are up and running again?

We will post any updates on our website and social channels as well as sending an email to our Regal Crown Club and Unlimited members. If you’re currently not a member and would like to receive an update by email, please register for a free Regal Crown Club account.

BOOKINGS

I have booked tickets with Regal. What happens now?

If you booked online, all bookings will be automatically refunded. There’s no need to contact us. If you booked tickets in a theatre, you will need to contact our call center at 1(888)-462-7342.

I have booked tickets using a Regal gift card. How will I get refunded?

If you booked online, all bookings will be automatically refunded. If you paid in full or in part with a Regal gift card, the gift card will be automatically re-credited. If you no longer have the gift card, you will need to contact our call center at 1(888)-462-7342.

When will I be refunded?

We are working hard to ensure that those who purchased tickets in a theatre will be refunded as soon as possible, we will send confirmation of your refund via email so there is no need to get in contact with us to check. Any customers who have purchased their tickets through third parties will need to get back in contact with the third-party to claim their refund. We expect a heavy volume of inquiries in the next several days and we hugely appreciate your patience as we work hard to respond to all of them in a timely manner.

UNLIMITED

I am an Unlimited member. What will happen to my membership?

Effective 3/17/20, we will suspend payments for all Unlimited members and your subscription will be suspended for the period our theatres are closed, and it will be automatically extended by the length of that period. No fees will be billed during the period our theatres are closed. Please contact us with any questions.
