Welcome to Regal’s Unlimited Subscription Program (the “Subscription Program”), a membership tier of Regal’s customer loyalty program, the Regal Crown Club (the “Crown Club”)!

Sign up for a membership (“Subscription”), pay your Subscription fee (monthly or annual – your choice), and watch as many movies as you like at participating Regal theatres (each, a “Participating Theatre”). Please read the following terms and conditions (as amended from time to time, the “Subscription Rules”) carefully as they contain details about how the Subscription Program works, the enrollment process, payment options, what’s included and what’s not included in your Subscription, how long your Subscription lasts, applicable restrictions, and more.

ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS HAVE AN INITIAL, NON-CANCELABLE TERM OF ONE YEAR.

The following terms and conditions (collectively, the “Additional T&Cs”) are hereby incorporated into these Subscription Rules by this reference:

  • To the extent set forth in Section G.5, the Crown Club rules for Crown Club membership accounts (“Crown Club Account”), available at https://www.regmovies.com/legal/crown-club-rules (the “Crown Club Rules”). Please note that terms in the Crown Club Rules incorporated into these Subscription Rules that apply to your Subscription include warranty disclaimers, indemnities and limits of liability (please read in particular “Publicity Release,” “Communications from Regal,” “Audit,” “Release,” “Limitations of Liability,” “Claims,” “Indemnification,” and “Disputes” in the Crown Club Rules).
  • Regal’s general privacy policy, available at https://www.regmovies.com/privacy.
  • Regal’s privacy policy for its mobile application on iOS and Android (the “App”), available at https://www.regmovies.com/legal/mobile-app-privacy-policy.
  • The terms of service for Regal’s website and the App, available at https://www.regmovies.com/tos, or under “Settings & Info” in the App.

Please review the Additional T&Cs carefully and from time to time, as (1) they may change and (2) they are legally binding and govern the relationship between members (“you,” “your,” or “Subscriber”) and Regal with respect to the Subscription Program and your Subscription.

Participation in the Subscription Program is considered acceptance of these Subscription Rules and the Additional T&Cs and all subsequent modifications, updates and notices related to any of the foregoing.

If you are a minor in the state of your residence, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to enroll and participate in the Subscription Program and such enrollment constitutes your and your parent’s or legal guardian’s acceptance of and agreement to these Subscription Rules, including without limitation the obligation to pay Fees as set forth herein.

Subscription and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Regal. To the extent of a conflict between these Subscription Rules, on one hand, and any of the Additional T&Cs, on the other hand, these Subscription Rules shall control.

  1. Eligibility and Enrollment
    1. Eligibility. Subscription is open to individuals 16 years of age and older who reside in the United States, Guam, Saipan or American Samoa; provided, however, the following persons are not eligible for a Subscription: (a) corporations, partnerships and any other business entities, associations or groups, and (b) any person whose Crown Club Account has been cancelled by Regal under Section H.1(ii) of the Crown Club Rules. Any other exclusion from the Subscription Program will be at Regal’s sole discretion.
    2. Enrollment.
      1. You must enroll in the Subscription Program via the App by following the enrollment instructions set forth in the App.
      2. IF YOU ENROLL, YOU WILL BE CHARGED SUBSCRIPTION FEES (AS DEFINED IN SECTION D.1) FOR AT LEAST AN INITIAL, NON-CANCELABLE TERM OF 12 MONTHS.
      3. You must have a Crown Club Account to use your Subscription.
        1. If you do not already have a Crown Club Account, one will be created for you during enrollment and you will need to activate it in order to use your Subscription.
        2. There is no fee to enroll or participate in a Crown Club Account.
        3. The Crown Club Rules govern your Crown Club Account.
        4. Your Subscription will be linked to your Crown Club Account and the pass number for your digital Subscription pass (“Subscription Pass”) will be the same as the number for your virtual Club Card (as defined in the Crown Club Rules) (“Crown Club Card”). Only your Subscription Pass will appear in the App.
        5. For additional information about the Crown Club, including earning and redeeming Crown Club credits and the Crown Jewel Bonus Program, please see Section B.4 below or the Crown Club Rules at https://www.regmovies.com/legal/crown-club-rules.
      4. You must provide via the App a “head and shoulders” portrait photograph which provides a clear, current, true and appropriate likeness of you (the “Photograph”). The Photograph will be used by Regal for identification and fraud prevention purposes when you obtain and/or present admission tickets at the theatre, or use your Subscription Pass to enjoy other Subscription Program discounts and benefits.
    3. Subscription Information. All information that you provide to Regal in connection with your enrollment and participation in the Subscription Program must be true, accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for updating your information so that it remains true, accurate, current and complete at all times.
    4. Notice of Ineligibility. If you become ineligible for Subscription, you must provide notice of such ineligibility to Customer Assistance (see Section G.7(a)) and cease using your Subscription immediately.
  2. General Information about the Subscription Program
    1. Subscription Plans.
      1. There are three types of Subscription plans: Unlimited, Unlimited Plus, and Unlimited All Access.
        1. Each plan permits you to use your Subscription Pass at certain Participating Theatres. Please visit www.regmovies.com/unlimited/theatre-list to see the Participating Theatres that are included in each Subscription plan and find the plan that is right for you.
        2. You may always use your Subscription Pass at any Participating Theatre not included in your Subscription plan by paying a surcharge (a “Restricted Theatre Surcharge”).
      2. There are two ways to pay for your Subscription:
        1. Pay a monthly Subscription Fee (the “Monthly Subscription Plan”), which will be billed (A) for the first month, when you sign up for your Subscription, and (B) for each subsequent monthly Subscription period, a few days before the commencement of such period. This plan will continue until cancelled.
        2. Pay the Subscription Fee up front for a one-year Subscription (the “Annual Subscription Plan”). This plan will be automatically cancelled after one year. To continue your Subscription after such year, you will need to purchase either another Annual Subscription Plan or change to the Monthly Subscription Plan. Please contact Regal prior to the end of your annual Subscription period to discuss how to continue your Subscription.
        3. You may not change billing plans during the first year of your Subscription. For information about changing billing plans after that time, please contact Customer Assistance (see Section G.7(a)).
      3. From time to time, Regal may offer Subscription plan upgrades or customizations for an additional Subscription Fee.
    2. Managing your Subscription.
      1. Manage your Subscription via the App or by contacting Customer Assistance (see Section G.7(a)).
      2. Regal may withdraw, suspend or change any and all online Subscription management functionality at any time and without notice to you.
      3. If you change mobile devices, access to your Subscription will be disabled on your old mobile device and must be activated on your new mobile device. Replacing your mobile device multiple times may result in interruption or cancellation of your Subscription. Please contact Customer Assistance (see Section G.7(a)) to discuss any issues with your Subscription that arise in connection with a change to your mobile device.
    3. General Restrictions.
      1. Your Subscription is personal, non-transferable, and for use only by you.
      2. You may have only one Subscription at any time.
      3. The Subscription Pass may not be used as proof of age.
    4. Relationship Between Your Subscription and Your Crown Club Account.
      1. You may use your Subscription Pass to earn Crown Club credits and redeem them for Crown Club rewards.
      2. You will earn 100 Crown Club credits for every $1.00 spent on annual or monthly Subscription Fees or Convenience Fees (each as defined in Section D.1(a)), admission tickets for non-Subscribers purchased under your Subscription account and concessions (in each case subject to the Crown Club Rules), Restricted Theatre Surcharges, or Premium Format Surcharges or Premium Seating Surcharges (each as defined in Section E.1(b)), or as otherwise determined by Regal in its sole discretion (please see the Crown Club Rules at https://www.regmovies.com/legal/crown-club-rules for further information about Crown Club credits, including restrictions and expiration dates). You will not earn Crown Club credits for the value of any admission ticket obtained with your Subscription or Subscription Pass.
      3. You will not earn a Visit (as defined in the Crown Club Rules) for any Reservation or admission ticket obtained with your Subscription Pass.
      4. Cancellation of your Subscription will not result in automatic cancellation of your Crown Club Account.
      5. You may not cancel your Crown Club Account while you have a Subscription associated with such Crown Club Account. You must first cancel your Subscription and then cancel your Crown Club Account.
  3. Information about Subscription Passes
    1. General.
      1. Your Subscription Pass and Photograph will be used by Regal for identification and fraud prevention purposes and to facilitate Reservations, issuance of admission tickets, redemption of Reservations and admission tickets, and other benefits (“Other Benefits”) such as special events, bonus credits, promotions such as the Movie Bonus program, discounts and special offers.
      2. No physical Subscription pass will be issued to you. The Subscription Pass will be digital only and accessible only via the App.
    2. Invalid Photograph. If your Photograph is not at any time a clear, current, true and appropriate likeness of you as determined by Regal in its sole discretion, Regal may invalidate the associated Subscription Pass and require you to submit a new Photograph.
    3. Responsibility for Unauthorized Use.
      1. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your Subscription Pass, log-in credentials and Subscription information.
      2. Regal is not responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your Subscription Pass, log-in credentials or other Subscription information.
      3. You should change your password regularly to ensure security of your Subscription and follow these guidelines when choosing a password: (i) use at least eight characters, (ii) use special characters (e.g., #; $; &; *; @), and (iii) use a combination of upper case and lower case letters.
    4. Lost or Stolen Subscription Passes. You are responsible for promptly informing Customer Assistance (see Section G.7(a)) if you think someone may access or use your mobile device or Subscription Pass in an unauthorized manner. In the event of unauthorized use of your mobile device, the mobile device should be deactivated and a new mobile device should be activated to use your Subscription (your Subscription Pass number will remain the same).
  4. Fees, Billing and Payment
    1. Fees.
      1. Subscription fees are set forth in the App (“Subscription Fees”). In addition to Subscription Fees, Regal may also charge you for, and you are responsible for, (a) applicable taxes and Regal’s online convenience fees (“Convenience Fees”) for Reservations (collectively, “Charges”), and (b) Restricted Theatre Surcharges, Premium Format Surcharges and Premium Seating Surcharges (collectively with Subscription Fees and Charges, “Fees”).
      2. Regal may change any Charges or surcharges at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice to you.
    2. Payment.
      1. (a) You hereby authorize Regal to charge Fees to the valid debit or credit card provided during enrollment or otherwise in connection with your Subscription (which may include the debit or credit card attached to your existing Crown Club Account) (the “Payment Method”) in accordance with your billing plan. You may change your Payment Method via the App (see Section G.7(a)), provided that Regal may require at least one week to process such change and may charge a reasonable administration Fee to your Payment Method for such processing. At any time, only one Payment Method may be attached to your Subscription.
      2. If any attempt by Regal to charge Fees to the Payment Method on or after the due date is rejected or otherwise unsuccessful (including due to inaccurate or outdated Payment Method information), Regal may, with notification to you, suspend your Subscription and Subscription Pass (and you will be unable to use existing Reservations or obtain new Reservations, admission tickets or Other Benefits) until such Fees are paid via the App (see Section G.7(a)). Regal may also resubmit the charge (subject to applicable payment network rules). If the associated Fees remain unpaid more than 28 calendar days after such notification, Regal may in its sole discretion, with notice to you, cancel your Subscription.
      3. If a payment date falls on a weekend or bank holiday or would fall on a day of a month that doesn’t exist (e.g., February 30), the Fees owed on such payment date will be charged in accordance with your bank’s or applicable payment network’s rules (which may be a business day prior to such payment date).
      4. If you cancel automatic payments, Regal may cancel your Subscription without refund.
      5. Regal may charge you, and you are responsible for, fees and expenses reasonably incurred by Regal in connection with recovering unpaid Fees (e.g., debt collector fees).
  5. Using Your Subscription
    1. Admission Tickets.
      1. If your Subscription is in good standing, and subject to Section E.3 below, you may use your Subscription Pass to:
        1. obtain admission tickets at the box office or in-theatre kiosks for same-day showtimes (A) at Participating Theatres included in your Subscription plan and (B) at Participating Theatres not included in your Subscription plan by paying the applicable Restricted Theatre Surcharge; or
        2. reserve admission tickets for showtimes on any day via the App (Convenience Fees apply) for showtimes (A) at Participating Theatres included in your Subscription plan and (B) at Participating Theatres not included in your Subscription plan by paying the applicable Restricted Theatre Surcharge (a “Reservation”).
        If Reservations cannot be made via the App for any reason, but (1) admission tickets can still be obtained at the box office or in-theatre kiosks under Section E.1(a)(i) and (2) the App can still be used to display the Subscription Pass and validate such admission tickets for admission to the theatre, then your Subscription will be deemed active and no request for a refund or other compensation in connection with the inactive Reservation system will be granted.
      2. Admission tickets may be obtained for:
        1. regularly scheduled 2D movie showtimes (excluding showtimes of any foreign language film)), subject to (if applicable) a premium seating surcharge (a “Premium Seating Surcharge”); and
        2. regularly scheduled premium format (e.g., 3D, RPX, IMAX, ScreenX, 4DX and VIP) movie showtimes (excluding showtimes of select foreign language film), subject to (A) a premium format surcharge (a “Premium Format Surcharge”) and (B) if applicable,“Premium Seating Surcharge”).
      3. When making a Reservation, you may simultaneously purchase admission tickets for other non-Subscribers for the same showtime at Regal’s standard prices (including Charges, if applicable).
      4. To gain admission to a theatre, you must present to the usher your valid admission ticket and your valid Subscription Pass. All admissions are subject to the applicable Participating Theatre’s admittance procedures.
      5. A Reservation may be cancelled in accordance with Regal’s standard booking rules available at www.regmovies.com/static/en/us/admittance-procedures (see “Refund Policy”). Surcharges paid for such Reservation will be refunded, but Convenience Fees will not be refunded. You acknowledge and agree that Reservations are intended to be used. Multiple or repeated failures to use Reservations without cancelling them in accordance with this section may, in Regal’s sole discretion, be deemed misuse of your Subscription and result in cancellation of your Subscription without any refund.
    2. Other Benefits.
      1. Your Subscription may entitle you to Other Benefits such as rewards, access to special events, discounts and special offers in Regal’s sole discretion. Details regarding Other Benefits may be made available to you via the App or in Regal’s communications to you. Restrictions may apply, including that Regal may cancel or withdraw such Other Benefits.
      2. Subscription Program benefits may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount offered by Regal. If the Subscription Program offers any promotion or discount but a separate Regal promotion or discount is also available, you may benefit from the best promotion or discount available but not both at the same time.
      3. Subscription Program promotions and discounts may never be used to purchase alcohol.
    3. Restrictions.
      1. Your Subscription and Subscription Pass may be used to make Reservations and obtain admission tickets for use only by you.
      2. Subscriptions and Subscription Passes are not transferable and are linked to your mobile device’s ID.
      3. Reservations and admission tickets are subject to availability. Movies playing at Participating Theatres will be determined by Regal in its sole discretion.
      4. Reservations may be made via the App. Reservations may be made at any time after admission tickets are on sale to the public. Convenience Fees apply to all Reservations.
      5. Admission tickets obtainable using your Subscription Pass at the box office or an in-theatre kiosk are only for a showtime on the same day.
      6. Your Subscription and Subscription Pass may be used to make Reservations and obtain admission tickets for use at a Participating Theatre not covered by your Subscription plan (see Section B.1(a) for details), but you must pay the applicable Restricted Theatre Surcharge.
      7. You may have only three pending Reservations made with your Subscription Pass at any one time (reservations for free screenings available to you as a Crown Club member and other reservations you make without using your Subscription Pass do not count towards this limit). (For example: if you have booked a Reservation for three pending showtimes, you may not make another Reservation until after you attend one of the reserved showtimes.) Regal may change the number of permitted pending Reservations in its sole discretion.

        Note, though, that even if you have three pending Reservations, you may still obtain admission tickets at the box office or an in-theatre kiosk for same-day showtimes.
      8. You can watch each movie as many times as you wish, but you may not use your Subscription Pass for two or more showtimes of the same film at the same time (but once the showtime for a film for which you have an admission ticket obtained with your Subscription Pass has ended, you can obtain another admission ticket for the same film using your Subscription Pass).
      9. You can watch as many movies as you wish, but you may not use your Subscription Pass for a showtime that overlaps with another showtime for a different film for which you have used your Subscription Pass.
      10. Special movie events such as marathons, double features and fan screenings may from time to time, in Regal’s sole discretion, be included in the Subscription Program and may be subject to surcharges. Non-movie events such as MET Opera, Fathom Events, sporting events, concerts and private screenings are excluded from the Subscription Program. Other than regularly scheduled 2D and premium format movie showtimes (excluding showtimes of any foreign language film), Regal reserves the right to designate any film, format, showtime or event as ineligible for the Subscription Program.
      11. The number, location and hours of operation of Participating Theatres in any area may change from time to time during your Subscription. A list of current Regal theatres is available at https://www.regmovies.com/theater-list and may otherwise be obtained by contacting Customer Assistance (see Section G.7(a)).
      12. Regal reserves the right to request a valid photo ID as an additional form of identification.
  6. Suspension and Cancellation
    1. Cancellation by You.
      1. You may request cancellation of your Subscription at any time by notifying Customer Assistance or via the App (see Section G.7(a)). Please see Section F.3 below for important information regarding cancellation, including when it takes effect.
      2. During the first year of your Subscription only, you may cancel your Subscription by contacting Customer Assistance or via the App (see Section G.7(a)): (i) if you are unable to use your Subscription for three consecutive months as a result of a medical condition (provided that Regal may require you to provide documentation acceptable to Regal of such condition); or (ii) you move to a permanent address outside of the United States, Guam, Saipan or American Samoa (provided that Regal may require you to provide documentation acceptable to Regal of such new address).
    2. Suspension and Cancellation by Regal.
      1. Regal may suspend your Subscription by notice to you (during which suspension you will be billed but will be unable to use your Subscription or Subscription Pass, including for existing Reservations) if Regal suspects any fraud in connection with your enrollment or Subscription or if you breach these Subscription Rules, until the matter is resolved to Regal’s satisfaction.
      2. Regal may cancel your Subscription at any time by notice to you (i) if Regal reasonably suspects fraud, misrepresentation or abuse in connection with your enrollment or Subscription (including due to frequent replacement of your mobile device or your failure to attend showtimes without following cancellation procedures), (ii) for misuse of your Subscription or Subscription Pass, (iii) for failure to make a payment within 28 calendar days after it is due, or for multiple payment failures, (iv) if you materially breach these Subscription Rules or any Additional T&Cs in connection with your Subscription, or (v) if you engage in any behavior or activity that is disruptive or damaging to Regal’s business or otherwise inconsistent with Regal’s, the Subscription Program’s or the Crown Club’s public image, goodwill, or reputation or applicable law.
      3. Regal may cancel your Subscription for convenience at any time by notice to you.
    3. Effect of Cancellation.
      1. Cancellation of your Subscription will not result in automatic cancellation of your Crown Club Account.
      2. Cancellation of your Monthly Subscription Plan by you under Section F.1(a): (i) during the first year of your Subscription will not take effect until the end of such year; and (ii) after the first year of your Subscription will be effective at the end of the monthly Subscription period following the monthly Subscription period during which your cancellation request is received. For example, if your monthly Subscription periods begin on the 10th of each month and your Subscription cancellation request is received on July 21, such cancellation will be effective as of September 10. If you cancel your Monthly Subscription Plan under Section F.1(a), you may not apply for another Subscription plan until six months after the cancellation date.
      3. Cancellation of your Annual Subscription Plan by you under Section F.1(a): (i) during the first year of your Subscription will not take effect until the end of such year; and (ii) after the first year of your Subscription will be effective on the first day of the month following the month in which your cancellation request is received. If you cancel your Annual Subscription Plan under Section F.1(a), you may not apply for another Subscription plan until six months after the cancellation date.
      4. Cancellation of any Subscription plan under Sections F.1(b) or G.1(b) will be effective: (i) if you have an Annual Subscription Plan, on the first day of the month following the month in which your cancellation request is received; and (ii) if you have the Monthly Subscription Plan, at the end of the monthly Subscription period following the monthly Subscription period during which your cancellation request is received.
      5. Cancellation by Regal under Sections D.2(b), D.2(d) or F.2(b) will be effective immediately and you will be billed for and responsible for paying Fees: (i) if such cancellation occurs during the first year of your Subscription, for the remainder of such year (and monthly Subscription Fees for the remainder of such year will be billed after such cancellation as a one-time charge); and (ii) if such cancellation occurs after the first year of your Subscription, (A) if you have an Annual Subscription Plan, until at least the first day of the month following the month in which the cancellation occurs (provided that Regal shall be entitled to retain prepaid Subscription Fees to the extent necessary to cover any damages or losses suffered by Regal (as determined by Regal) in connection with such cancellation), and (B) if you have the Monthly Subscription Plan, until the end of the monthly Subscription period following the monthly Subscription period during which such cancellation occurs. If Regal cancels your Subscription under Section F.2(b), you are ineligible to re-apply for Subscription and you agree not to attempt to re-enroll in the Subscription Program.
      6. Cancellation by Regal under Section F.2(c) will be effective immediately and you will be billed for and responsible for paying Fees: (i) if you have an Annual Subscription Plan, until the first day of the month following the month in which the cancellation occurs, and (ii) if you have the Monthly Subscription Plan, until the end of the monthly Subscription period following the monthly Subscription period during which such cancellation occurs.
      7. For information about refunds, please see Section F.4.
      8. Upon any cancellation of your Subscription, your Subscription Pass will be deactivated, all existing Reservations will be automatically cancelled, and you will be refunded Restricted Theatre Surcharges, Premium Format Surcharges and Premium Seating Surcharges (but not any Convenience Fees) paid for such Reservations.
    4. Refunds.
      1. Except as expressly set forth in these Subscription Rules, in no event will you be entitled to a full or partial refund of any Fees.
      2. If your Annual Subscription Plan is cancelled (i) by you (A) under Sections F.1(b) or G.1(b) or (B) for any reason after the first year of your Subscription or (ii) by Regal under Section F.2(c), you will be entitled to a refund of the portion of the up-front Subscription Fee allocable to the period beginning on the first day of the month following the month in which such cancellation occurs and ending at the conclusion of the then-current annual Subscription term.
      3. If your Annual Subscription Plan is cancelled after the first year of your Subscription by Regal under Sections D.2(b), D.2(d) or F.2(b), you may be entitled to a refund of a portion of the up-front Subscription Fee allocable to the period beginning on the first day of the month following the month in which such cancellation occurs and ending at the conclusion of the then-current annual Subscription term, such refund to be determined by Regal in its sole discretion.
      4. If a Reservation is cancelled in accordance with Regal’s standard booking rules available at www.regmovies.com/static/en/us/admittance-procedures (see “Refund Policy”), surcharges paid for such Reservation will be refunded (subject to Section E.1(e)).
      5. Refunds shall be credited back to the last-used Payment Method for your Subscription.
  7. General
    1. Modification to these Subscription Rules.
      1. Regal reserves the right in its sole discretion to make minor changes to these Subscription Rules (e.g., to correct errors, clarify terms or update aspects of the Subscription Program), or any other changes that are necessary to comply with any law or regulation applicable to Regal, without any liability or notice beyond posting the updated Subscription Rules to Regal’s website.
      2. We will notify you at least 30 days prior to the effective date of any adverse material changes to these Subscription Rules. You may cancel your Subscription at any time prior to such effective date by contacting Customer Assistance or via the App (see Section G.7(a)).
    2. Liability. Regal’s aggregate liability to you in connection with the Subscription Program and your Subscription shall be limited to the Subscription Fees you paid during the 12 months prior to the claim. In no event will Regal be responsible or liable to you for any Reservation or admission ticket you are unable to use as a result of, or any replacement or other admission ticket you purchase due to or in connection with, an invalid or suspended Subscription or Subscription Pass or unauthorized access to or use of your mobile device or Subscription Pass.
    3. Disputes. All questions or disputes regarding your eligibility for Subscription, your use of your Subscription Pass, or your compliance with any of these Subscription Rules will be resolved by Regal in its sole discretion. Regal reserves the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
    4. Notices and Communications.
      1. Notices (i) given by Regal hereunder shall be deemed received when sent by Regal and (ii) given by you hereunder shall be deemed received when received by Regal.
      2. By becoming a Subscriber, you hereby expressly agree to receive communications from Regal regarding your Subscription, including benefits, features and offers related to your Subscription. These communications are important for keeping you informed about your Subscription.
    5. Crown Club Rules. Sections I.2 through I.4 and I.6 through I.15 of the Crown Club Rules (available at https://www.regmovies.com/legal/crown-club-rules) are hereby incorporated herein by this reference, except that all references to (a) “Membership” in such sections shall be replaced with “Subscription,” (b) “Member” in such sections shall be replaced with “Subscriber,” (c) “Club Rules” in such sections shall be replaced with “Subscription Rules,” and (d) “Crown Club” in such sections shall be replaced with “Subscription Program.”
    6. Force Majeure. Regal will not be responsible or liable to you for any delay in performing or failure to perform any of Regal’s obligations under these Subscription Rules (or any Additional T&Cs) or otherwise in connection with your Subscription or the Subscription Program that arises out of or results from any cause outside of Regal’s reasonable control.
