NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES

1. General Information: The Regal Crown Club® Travel to Pandora Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), sponsored by Regal Cinemas, Inc. (“Sponsor”), begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on December 2, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on January 2, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and purchase does not improve odds of winning. The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited by law, or where the Sweepstakes does not comply with applicable registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules, which include limitations of your rights and remedies. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“WDSMP”), 20th Century Studios (“Fox”), Lightstorm Entertainment (“Lightstorm”) or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, or other related and/or affiliated companies.

2. How to Enter: There are four (4) ways to enter for a chance to win a prize in the Sweepstakes. The maximum number of valid Sweepstakes entries any one person may obtain per day is ten (10), regardless of the method of entry. If an entrant exceeds the daily entry limit, all entries received from that entrant over the entry limit will be void and ineligible to win.

   1. To enter with your Regal Crown Club card or Unlimited Subscription Program pass: Regal Crown Club members may enter by (i) swiping or scanning their Regal Crown Club card or providing their Regal Crown Club card number when purchasing a ticket or tickets in a single transaction to Avatar 2: The Way of Water (a “Purchase”) at any participating theatre box office or in-theatre kiosk station, (ii) entering their Regal Crown Club card number when prompted when making a Purchase online through certain third-party ticket retailers (e.g., MovieTickets.com; Fandango.com), or (iii) using their Unlimited Subscription Program pass (“Pass”) to reserve or obtain a ticket to Avatar 2: The Way of Water (a “Reservation”),in each case during the Promotion Period.  A “participating theatre” is a Sponsor theatre that participates in the Regal Crown Club and is playing Avatar 2: The Way of Water. If the Regal mobile app or a box office, in-theatre kiosk or online retailer experiences technical difficulty and cannot accept Regal Crown Club cards or Passes (as applicable) when you make a Purchase or Reservation, please enter the Sweepstakes via one of the methods described below. The authorized account holder (A) of the Regal Crown Club card swiped, scanned, entered or presented when a Purchase is made or (B) of the Pass used to make a Reservation (as applicable), in each case in accordance with this subsection, will be deemed the entrant and will receive one (1) automatic entry into the Sweepstakes (regardless of the number of tickets obtained via such Purchase or Reservation), subject to the eligibility restrictions below. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry during the Promotion Period via the entry methods described in this paragraph. You will not receive an entry into the Sweepstakes for any Purchase made with Regal Crown Club credits or other “free” ticket vouchers. Potential winners may be required to show proof that they are the authorized account holder. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person to whom the Regal Crown Club card or Pass number and account were issued by Sponsor.

   2. To enter via the Regal Crown Club Reward Center: Eligible Regal Crown Club members who are participating in the Regal Crown Club program may enter the Sweepstakes via the Regal Crown Club Reward Center. To enter, login to http://www.MyRegal.com and click “Redeem Credits” during the Promotion Period. Then, click the “Filter” button and select “Sweepstakes” under “Category.” Click the “Regal Crown Club® Travel to Pandora Sweepstakes” tile, review the “Reward Details” and other applicable terms and conditions, and indicate your (i) agreement to these Official Rules by checking the appropriate box and (ii) desired quantity of entries. Finally, click “Enter Sweepstakes.” The authorized account holder of the Regal Crown Club card number used to login will be deemed the entrant and will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each 100 Regal  Crown Club credits redeemed at the Regal Crown Club Reward Center, subject to the eligibility restrictions below. Potential winners may be required to show proof that they are the authorized account holder.

   3. To enter via e-mail: E-mail your full name, phone number, date of birth, and Regal Crown Club card number (if any) to [email protected] and include “Regal Crown Club® Travel to Pandora Sweepstakes” in the subject line of your email. E-mail entries must be received during the Promotion Period. The person whose information is set forth in an e-mail entry submitted in accordance with this subsection will be deemed the entrant and will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to the eligibility restrictions below. Limit one (1) entry per e-mail received. In the event of any dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to submit the e-mail entry will be deemed the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned such e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, or educational institution) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such e-mail address.

   4. To enter via Social Media:

      1. ​​​​Facebook: Use your Facebook acount to access Sponsor’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/RegalMovies) during the Promotion Period, locate the Regal Crown Club® Travel to Pandora Sweepstakes post and comment on Regal’s post with the hashtag  #TraveltoPandoraRegalSweepstakes. The authorized account holder of the Facebook account will be deemed the entrant and will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to the eligibility restrictions below.

      2. Instagram: Use your Instagram account to access @RegalMovies during the Promotion Period, locate the Regal Crown Club® Travel to Pandora Sweepstakes post and comment on Regal’s post with the hashtag #TraveltoPandoraRegalSweepstakes. The authorized account holder of the Instagram account will be deemed the entrant and will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to the eligibility restrictions below.

      3. Twitter:  Use your Twitter account to access @RegalMovies during the Promotion Period, locate the Regal Crown Club® Travel to Pandora Sweepstakes post and comment on Regal’s post with the hashtag #TraveltoPandoraRegalSweepstakes. The authorized account holder of the Twitter account will be deemed the entrant and will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to the eligibility restrictions below. Limit one (1) entry via Twitter per day during the Promotion Period. 
         
         You must include “#TraveltoPandoraRegalSweepstakes” in your social media entry. Entries that do not include the above hashtag will be disqualified.  An “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the e-mail address used to create the social media account used to enter the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility:  The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older (19 years or older in AL and NE; 21 years or older in MS) at the time of entry, subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes is not open to (a) any employees of Sponsor, WDSMP, Fox, Lightstorm or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or related companies, or advertising or promotion agencies of any of the foregoing (such entities, collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), or (b) any such employee’s immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, step-parent, sibling, step-sibling, half-sibling, child, and step-child) or any person living in the same household as such individuals. Any false or deceptive entries or acts (including, if applicable, creating or using multiple accounts with the same social media tool in order to enter multiple times) by you will render all entries by you ineligible. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods of entry by you will render all entries by you ineligible. Partial and incomplete entries may be disqualified. Neither you nor your entry (or any materials (including photos) that you submit with any entry) may (i) violate, misappropriate, or infringe any intellectual property, publicity, contractual, privacy, or other right of any third party or any applicable regulation, social media or other guideline, or community standard, (ii) contain material that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, abusive, vulgar, sexist, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate, or (iii) promote or incite violent, dangerous or antisocial behavior.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:  Upon submission, entries become the sole property of Sponsor, and no entry will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete or that does not comply with these Official Rules. The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about January 4, 2023.   Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each winner will be notified (the “Winner Notification”) by phone, email, social media, or other  means, depending upon method of entry, within approximately 7days after the drawing, using contact information from the winner’s Regal Crown Club account or provided at the time of entry. If, for any reason, more than one bona fide winner come forward seeking to claim a prize, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules via a random drawing from among all persons with bona fide claims for the prize, and inclusion in such selection process shall be your sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Each winner will be required to (a) respond to the Winner Notification (as directed in the Winner Notification) within three (3) days after its transmission and (b) complete, sign, have notarized, and postmark an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (where not prohibited by law and if requested by Sponsor) within five (5) business days of its delivery to the winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to Sponsor’s notification and/or execute and return any requested documentation within the required time, is found to be ineligible or is non-compliant with these Official Rules for any reason, then the potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits a prize for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. All prizes will be awarded provided that a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. All prizes will be awarded provided that a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.

5. Description of Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One (1) winner will be awarded a three (3) day, four (4) night trip to Walt Disney World® Resort (the “Resort”) to visit Pandora –The World of Avatar® with up to three (3) guests designated by the winner in accordance with these Official Rules. Such trip shall include specifically: (a) up to four (4) 3-Day Theme Park tickets with Park Hopper® option for the winner and such guests; (b) up to four (4) round-trip coach airfares (“Airfares”) between the major gateway airport closest to winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport (“MCO”); (c) two (2) ride vouchers of up to $50.00 each for a round-trip ride between MCO and the Resort for winner and up to three (3) guests (“Ground Transfers”); (d) room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for winner and up to three (3) guests for four (4) nights at a hotel at the Resort selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (excluding daily self-parking at resort hotel, if applicable); (e) a Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250) Disney gift card for winner (the “Disney Gift Card”); and (f) a Resort VIP tour guide for up to eight (8) consecutive hours for winner and up to three (3) guests on one (1) day during the trip (guide, services and hours to be determined by Sponsor). Total ARV: $8,870.04.

6. General Prize Terms: The ARV of the prize(s) is based on information available to Sponsor. None of the Promotion Parties is responsible for any costs or expenses if any component of the prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and a winner will not receive the difference (if any) between, the actual value of the prize(s) at the time of the award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules. Prize and prize components are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion (which prize shall be subject to these Official Rules). Prize details not specified herein will be determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion.   Prize and prize components are nonrefundable, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The prize is limited to that specified in the section titled “Description of Prize and Approximate Retail Value (‘ARV’)” above, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein (including but not limited to travel to and from the departure airport and other airport departure fees and taxes, baggage fees, insurance (including without limitation health, travel, and medical insurance), hotel room service, parking fees, laundry service, spa treatments, food, beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, incidental expenses, local and long distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees and taxes) are not included in the prize and are solely the winner’s responsibility. All elements of the prize must be used by the winner and guests on the same dates during the redemption of the prize. The prize (and all elements thereof) may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. If the prize winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute accommodations or compensation provided to the prize winner. Gift cards, gift certificates and tickets (including without limitation airline tickets), including but not limited to any that may be awarded by Sponsor in the event of a substitute prize, are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon or otherwise specified by the issuer thereof, including without limitation any applicable terms available at https://www.disneygiftcard.com/terms/us. If the winner does not accept or is unable to, or elects not to, use any part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize and no substitute prize element or other compensation will be awarded. Any and all taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of such prize winner. The value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law, and such winner must provide any additional information requested by Sponsor so that Sponsor can comply with applicable tax reporting obligations. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you waive the right to assert any and all claims arising from or related to costs of verification or redemption of or travel to claim a prize and any liability or publicity that might arise from claiming or seeking to claim a prize. The prize is valid for 1 year from the date stated in the Winner Notification. The Disney Gift Card can be used at select participating locations at the Resort, Disneyland® Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disney store locations in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, shop Disney.com, Disney Photo Pass, Adventures by Disney®, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney’s Beach Resorts. The Disney Gift Card cannot be used toward  the purchase of a Disney Vacation Club membership. Visit DisneyGiftCard.com/terms/us for complete terms and conditions. Additional restrictions may apply, including without limitation any applicable terms of service. Any damaged, lost or stolen gift cards or travel vouchers will not be replaced.
   
   The prize must be used between January 30, 2023 and February 28, 2024, subject to availability. The prize winner and the guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from and to MCO. All travel and accommodation components of the prize must be booked at least 45 days in advance of travel departure date. If prize is not booked by December 31, 2023, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No extensions will be granted, and no changes will be made to trip details once it has been booked, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to delay, postpone or otherwise reschedule the trip for different dates, even if already booked, as necessary based on any reason, including, without limitation: (i) the health and safety protocols of the Resort, which take into consideration guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, local and international health authorities, the U.S. Travel Association, and The Walt Disney Company’s team of health experts, and (ii) any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations (including without limitation any of the foregoing in place in Florida). A prize winner may not charge any guest for participating in the prize.

7. Additional Prize Terms: Economy seating only on flights to and from a major airport in the U.S. determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Flights may be indirect and not all routing will be available. Destination airport and flight itinerary will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner and the winner’s guest(s) must possess all necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, valid photo I.D., etc.) prior to departure and travel on the same itinerary. Air travel is subject to all applicable conditions of carriage and other terms and conditions of the airline. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. If the winner resides within  250 miles of the Resort, Airfares and Ground Transfers will not be included in the prize or otherwise provided to the winner or any guest.Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize events, opportunities or elements or any expenses incurred as a consequence of any flight cancellation or delay or any ground transportation delay. All travel must be completed by February 28, 2024. Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and thewinner’s guest(s). Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. Accommodation is based on 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 16 sharing a room. A valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee thehotel room on check in. All applicable hotel terms and conditions apply. Hotel will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner must provide Sponsor with three preferred travel dates no later than six weeks prior to departure, and the prize must be booked in accordance with Section 6 above. Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled. Travel and accommodation dates are subject to availability and block-out dates. Prize dates (including dates of travel and accommodation dates) cannot include Christmas, New Year, Easter Sunday, or other public holidays in the U.S. The winner’s guest(s) must be the age of majority in the guest’s state  of  residence. If the winner elects to travel without any guests, no additional compensation will be awarded.
   
   Theme parks, attractions and other offerings are subject to availability, closures, change or cancellation without notice or liability. Park admission, offerings and ticket options are not guaranteed. Prize provider reserves the right to cancel, delay, or postpone any offering. To visit the theme parks, theme park reservations via the Disney Park Pass system AND valid admission are required for the same theme park on the same date for each person. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all guests age 3 and older must have both a Resort reservation (for the applicable park) and a valid Resort ticket (for the applicable park and date) to enter the Resort. Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a reservation is finalized. A Resort reservation (for the applicable park) must be made for each day of entry. Before visiting the Resort, each guest should visit https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates/ to view important information about park reservations, limitations on benefits, features, experiences and offerings, safety measures and other information.
   
   The winner and the winner’s guest(s) must be aware of and comply with all government guidelines, rules, orders, and restrictions (including without limitation any and all travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines related to COVID-19) in place during the fulfillment of the prize. All costs and expenses (if any) incurred in connection with such compliance (including without limitation costs and expenses related to COVID-19 testing or quarantine accommodation) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may modify or restructure the prize or any portion thereof to comply with any government rule, restriction, order, or guideline or any of Sponsor’s health and safety requirements orthe Resort Rules (as defined below). Prize fulfillment and all related activities will take place on dates and at times designated by Sponsor and only when and in a manner that it is safe to do so, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner and the winner’s guest(s) must follow all instructions given by Sponsor at all times. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and no Promotion Party guarantees that any person will not be exposed to COVID-19 or any other illness in connection with the fulfillment of the prize.
   
   The winner and the winner’s guest(s) must cooperate with all Sponsor inquiries related to public health matters and follow all of Sponsor’s related rules and processes, including, but not limited to, disclosures or processes recommended or required by public health authorities to protect the health and safety of the winner, the winner’s guest(s) or any third party. The winner and the winner’s guest(s) may be subject to health screenings (which may include, but are not limited to, temperature checks, symptom screenings, lab testing and other medical exams) to be conducted by Sponsor or its designee(s) prior to or at any time during the fulfillment of the prize or any related activity. Failure to fully comply with any Sponsor request or requirement may result in forfeiture of the prize or any portion thereof, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
   
   Upon Sponsor’s request, whether before, during or after fulfillment of the prize, the winner and the winner’s guest(s) shall provide Sponsor with information relating to communicable illness and safe fulfillment of the prize, including, without limitation, information regarding: (a) medical symptoms; (b) travel history; (c) recent contact with others who have displayed symptoms of or have otherwise been confirmed to have a communicable illness; and (d) active public health orders issued by a civil authority or any similar public health mandate (e.g., any order to quarantine, stay at home or disclose communicable illness) to which the winner or the winner’s guest(s) are, were or may be subject.

8. Disclaimer: None of the Promotion Parties is responsible or liable for: (a) lost, late, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) entries not received during the Promotion Period for any reason; or (c) other errors of any kind. Prize and prize components are awarded “as is, where is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. None of the Promotion Parties is responsible or liable for any typographical or other printing errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing or posting of the offer or these Official Rules, the selection or announcement of winners, or the distribution of any prize. In the event that any virus, bug, tampering, fraud, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention, act of God, act or regulation of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strike, lock-out, industrial dispute, act of terrorism, or any other matter beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control (each, an “Uncontrollable Event”) prevents, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time in its sole discretion, and none of the Promotion Parties shall be responsible or liable in any manner for such Uncontrollable Event or any such cancellation, termination or suspension. In the event an Uncontrollable Event occurs prior to the announced date for winner determination, Sponsor may determine the winner(s) by conducting arandom drawing from among all eligible entries received up to such time  of cancellation, termination, or suspension. In the event anUncontrollable Event interrupts, interferes with, or disrupts the provision of any prize, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.

9. Disqualification: Sponsor may disqualify any winner (and cause any applicable prize to be forfeited) due to any of  the following: (a) the winner fails to comply with any of the terms, conditions, restrictions, or limitations of these Official Rules (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion); (b) the winner fails to respondto the Winner Notification or any other notice (in each case as set forth in such notice) within three (3) days after its transmission; (c) the winner fails to complete, sign, have notarized, and postmark an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (where the execution of such Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release is not prohibited by law and is requested by Sponsor) within five (5) business days of its delivery to the winner; or (d) the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner or the return of any Winner Notification, notice, or prize as undeliverable. In the event of disqualification of a winner or forfeiture of a prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a random drawing in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Release and Indemnification: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE: (A) TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR AND (B) TO FOREVER AND IRREVOCABLY RELEASE, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY,  AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE  PROMOTION PARTIES (AND THE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS OF EACH OF THE FOREGOING) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, FINES, COSTS, EXPENSES, CAUSES OF ACTION, PERSONAL   INJURIES, ILLNESS, LOSS, OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DEATH  AND PROPERTY  DAMAGE, RESULTING FROM, ARISING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH (I) THE   SWEEPSTAKES,   PARTICIPATION   (OR THE INABILITY  TO PARTICIPATE) IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR  ANY  ELEMENT OR ACTIVITY  THEREOF,  (II) ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING  ANY  LIABILITY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM, ARISING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH (1) CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, DIVERSIONS, LOSS, OR SUBSTITUTIONS, OR  ANY OTHER  ACT OR OMISSION   WHATSOEVER, BY ANY CARRIER OR OTHER TRANSPORTATION COMPANY, HOTEL, OR OTHER PERSON PROVIDING ANY PRIZE-RELATED SERVICE OR ACCOMMODATION, (2) TRAVEL TO OR FROM OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED  ACTIVITY, (3) LOST, LATE, STOLEN, MISDIRECTED, DAMAGED, OR DESTROYED PRIZE, OR (4) THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, ANY DEFECTS IN  ANY  PRIZE,  OR  ANY  INABILITY  TO  USE  ANY  PRIZE, OR (III)  ANY  ERROR  IN  THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR ANY MARKETING MATERIAL RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

11. Disputes; Governing Law: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any and all disputes that may arise hereunder will be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of New York without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to all such disputes will be had only in the state and federal courts located within the State of Tennessee, without waiver of any right to removal by Sponsor pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 1441, et seq.

12. Publicity and Intellectual Property: Where permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, you grant each of the Promotion Parties, and those acting pursuant to the authority of any of the Promotion Parties, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use any and all materials (in whole or in part, or in edited form) you submit in connection with the Sweepstakes, as well as your name, portrait, picture, likeness, voice, statements attributable to you (including comments and postings), city and state of residence, and other biographical information, for advertising and promotional purposes throughout the world in any and all media now known or existing at any time in the future, without further approval, notification, or compensation.

13. Privacy: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy (https://www.regmovies.com/static/en/us/privacy). To “opt out” of the disclosure of any of your personal information by Sponsor, e-mail Sponsor at [email protected] or write to Sponsor at Regal Cinemas, Inc., Attn: Regal Crown Club, 101 E. Blount Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37920, providing your name, address, and Regal Crown Club card number (if any) and indicating your request to opt-out.

14. Conduct: By entering the Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, the winner agrees to behave in accordance with all applicable laws, the Resort’s rules, regulations and policies, including without limitation the Resort’s health and safety protocols, rules and policies (collectively, “Resort Rules”) and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any Sweepstakes-or prize-related activity. The winner understands and agrees that Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove the winner (and/or any guest of such winner, if applicable) from any activity at any time if the winner’s (and/or any of such winner’s guests) behavior at any point: (a) is uncooperative or disruptive; (b) annoys, threatens,or harasses any other person; (c) may or does cause damage to any person or property or the reputation of Sponsor or any prize provider; or (d) otherwise violates any policy of Sponsor or any prize provider (including without limitation any of the Resort Rules). In the case of any of the foregoing, the winner will forfeit all remaining elements of the prize and still be solely responsible for all taxes and other expenses related to the prize.

15. List of Winners / Copy of Official Rules: To obtain a list of prize winners go to the Past Winners page. You may also mail your request, including a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to Regal Cinemas, Inc., Attn: Regal Crown Club, 101 E. Blount Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37920. Requests must be received within six (6) months of the end of the Promotion Period. Please clearly reference the Regal Crown Club® Travel to Pandora Sweepstakes in the correspondence.

16. Miscellaneous: Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, or illegal provision was not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. When terms such as “may” are used in these Official Rules, Sponsor has sole and absolute discretion. You agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of any provision. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control, and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

None of WDSMP, Fox, Lightstorm or any of their respective parents, affiliates, or subsidiaries are responsible for the promotion, administration, or execution of the Sweepstakes. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and not to any of the foregoing entities.
