Regal realizes that we would not exist without the communities that we are a part of. That is why Regal is actively involved in multiple charities such as Variety, and the Regal Foundation to give back to our communities through programs like, Stars of Hope. We also encourage our employees to give back to their community by offering grants for employees that are actively involved with acknowledged charitable organizations.

Employee Financial Assistance Program
Additionally, recognizing that everyone occasionally experiences personal problems that are difficult to manage without assistance, Regal provides an Employee Financial Assistance Program that awards monetary support to Regal employees in times of unforeseen, catastrophic financial distress.
