How can I keep track of my credits?
Credits earned for a purchase and your total credits balance can each be found in several places:
- on the App (you can access the account associated with either a registered physical Crown Club card or a registered virtual Crown Club card via the App by entering the email and password credentials for such account on the App’s log-in screen; additional details at www.regmovies.com/mobile);
- at an in-theater kiosk if you swipe your Card or enter your Card number;
- online at www.regmovies.com/Crown-Club (once you log in, your current point balance will appear near the top of the page in green); or
- at the customer service desk of a Regal Theatre.
NOTE: Credits may take up to 72 hours to post to your account.
