How will you deliver my chosen Rewards?

There are three possible delivery methods for items you obtain from the Rewards Center by redeeming credits.

  1. Physically-shipped items like movie posters and other merchandise will be mailed to the shipping address you provide when you checkout from the Rewards Center. Shipping and handling fees apply and are set forth at https://regalcrownclub.regmovies.com/refund-return. Please allow at least 5-12 business days for shipping.
  2. Rewards like popcorn, drinks, concessions upsize vouchers and admission tickets are automatically loaded onto your Card. These rewards can be redeemed during your next visit to a Regal Theatre by simply providing the cashier with your Card or Card number. Such rewards can also be obtained by redeeming your credits at the box office or concession stand or via the App.
  3. Items designated as “Digitally Delivered” will be provided to you by email to the email address associated with your Crown Club account, which email will contain a unique code and redemption instructions. Simply follow the redemption instructions and use the provided code to receive your reward.

Regardless of the delivery method, you will always receive an email confirmation to the email address associated with your Crown Club account with transaction details for your records.
