• Prior supervisory experience
• Prior theatre experience helpful
• Excellent leadership and training skills
• Ability to maintain excellent public relations
• Extremely personable and professional
• Must be attentive to details and focused under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent mechanical/technical skills
• Excellent communcation and organizational skills
• Must strive to be a leader and set the standard of professionalism
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
