Q: What is Regal Crown Club?
A: Regal Crown Club is a rewards program that allows members to earn points for box office and concession purchases at Regal Entertainment Group theatres. Additionally, members earn special offers and rewards just for being members.
Q: How can I join Regal Crown Club?
A: Pick up a RCC card at any participating Regal Entertainment Group theatre location. Simply fill out the brief application and start earning rewards. If you want the convenience of online account tracking, you can register your RCC card number online at www.regmovies.com/Crown-Club.
Q: When will my Regal Crown Club Membership Card arrive?
A: Your membership card should arrive within one to two weeks.
Q: What are the benefits to providing a valid email address?
A: Supplying an email address allows us to confirm your account and activate your membership, send you coupons, rewards, special offers and valuable member information tailored just for you.
Q: What are you going to do with my information? Will you share or sell it with anyone outside your company?
A: We will use your information for internal Marketing purposes and to provide you with offers and rewards that make sense for you. Please see the “Our Use of Your Information” section of our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with or sell your information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless you affirmatively agree to such disclosure.”
Q: Why do you need my phone number?
A: Phone numbers are used TO contact WINNERS IN monthly RCC member sweepstakes.
Q: Will you sell my phone number to other people?
A: No, we will not sell your phone number to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Q: How do I accumulate points on my card?
Members can earn points from movie ticket purchases and concession purchases as well as by participating in special promotions and sweepstakes. Members earn 1 point for every dollar spent at the box office on ticket purchases (up to 20 points per day) and 4 points for concession purchases (one transaction per day). Members also can earn extra credit points on concession purchases during promotions and if the member has reached Star Status. See the Reward Schedule for details.

Q: Will my RCC card work at all Regal Entertainment Group theatres?
A: The RCC card will work at all participating Regal Entertainment Group theatres.
Q: Do my credits have an expiration date?
A: No. Credits that you have earned will not expire.
Q: Can I give my RCC points to someone else?
A: Points are not transferable.
Q: How do I receive email offers and discounts?
A: Once you've registered your email address you will receive emails with exclusive offers and discounts. Register your email address at www.Regmovies.com/Crown-Club.
Q: What if I lose my Regal Crown Club card?
A: If you lose your card, visit any Regal Entertainment Group theatre location to register for a replacement card. We will link your new card to your old card with your point history so that you can continue to accumulate points.
Q: Can I get a duplicate RCC loyalty card for a member?
A: No, we do not offer card duplication, but do encourage all members within the same household, 13 years of age or older to sign up for another card, to get even more rewards.
Q: Can I use my card at different Regal Entertainment Group locations?
A: Yes. Your card is good at any participating location.
Q: Can I upsize a free concession item?
A: Yes. See a participating location for details.
Q: Do I receive credits for purchasing gift cards?
A: No, credits are only earned when redeeming gift cards, up to the maximum 20 credits per day at the box office.
Q: Do I receive credits when I use Super Savers?
A: Yes. Credits are earned for redeeming Super Savers up to the maximum 20 credits per day at the box office No credits are earned for purchasing Super Savers.
Q: Do I receive credits when making online or kiosk ticket purchases?
A: Yes, Members will receive 1 credit per dollar spent at ticketing kiosks, with a maximum of 20 credits per card per day.
Q: What do I do if I notice a discrepancy with point totals?
A: Visit a member of theatre management or keep movie ticket stubs and mail along with your name and Regal Crown Club member account number at Regal Crown Club – Attn: Customer Relations Group- 7132 Regal Lane, Knoxville, TN 37918.
Q: Do reward vouchers print at the concession stand?
A: No. Concession extra credits are awarded to your account by the next business day, and all reward vouchers print after a box office transaction.
Q: My credits are not totaling properly.
A: Visit a member of management and they can help you with your credits.
Q: Why does my online account show zero? I know that I have points.
A: Your account could be showing “0” for a couple of reasons. If you have just created your online account, please allow 1-3 days for the system to update and show the correct point total. If the account is already in existence and it says “0”, please check your online profile to make sure your full 13 digit card number is entered. To do so, click on the “My Account” tab on the Regal Crown Club homepage. There is a box in the “My Profile” section for you to enter it and save your changes. Please allow 1-3 days for the system to update and show the correct point total.
Q: What does NO PASS mean?
A: Often, free ticket passes are not accepted during the first few weeks of a movie's theatrical release. This is a policy that movie studios set with theatres for individual movies and showtimes. Please contact your Regal Entertainment Group theatre directly if you have questions about whether your pass is valid for a particular movie and ShowTime.
