Below are some short answers to frequently asked questions.  Please read our Club Rules, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy for more detailed information.

What is Regal Crown Club?
Regal Crown Club is a rewards program that allows members to earn credits for box office and concession purchases at participating Regal Entertainment Group (REG) theatres.  Additionally, members earn special offers and rewards just for being members.  See http://www.regmovies.com/theatre-list for participating theatres.

How can I join Regal Crown Club and get my membership card?
Eligible individuals can enroll in the Regal Crown Club by either (1) picking up an Regal Crown Club card at any participating Regal Entertainment Group theatre location and activating it online at www.REGmovies.com or (2) registering online at www.regmovies.com/Crown-Club for membership, picking up an Regal Crown Club card at any participating Regal Entertainment Group theatre location and activating the card by entering the Regal Crown Club card number in the account previously set up online.

What are the benefits to providing a valid email address?
Supplying an email address allows us to confirm your account and activate your membership and send you coupons, rewards, special offers and valuable member information tailored just for you.

What are you going to do with my information? Will you share or sell it with anyone outside your company?
We will use your information for internal marketing purposes and to provide you with offers and rewards that make sense for you.  We also use information collected through our web site to prevent and detect fraud, infringement, and other potential misuse of the web site.  Please see the “Our Use of Your Information” section of our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with or sell your information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless you affirmatively agree to such disclosure.

Why do you need my phone number?
Phone numbers are used to contact winners in Regal Crown Club sweepstakes.  Also, if you opt in to receive special offers from us, we will use your mobile phone number to provide those special offers to you via text/SMS messages.

How can I receive special offers?
You may opt in to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls and text/SMS messages containing special offers at the mobile phone numbers that you provide to us. Depending on the terms of your service agreement with your wireless provider, message and data rates may apply. You are not required to opt in to such telemarketing calls and messages to become or remain an Regal Crown Club member, and you can opt out of receiving such calls and messages at any time.

Will you sell my phone number to other people?
No, we will not sell your phone number to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

How do I accumulate credits on my Regal Crown Club card?
Members can earn credits from movie ticket purchases and concession purchases as well as by participating in special promotions and sweepstakes.  Members earn 1 credit for every dollar spent at the box office on ticket purchases (up to 20 credits per day) and 4 credits for any concession transaction.  Members also can earn extra credits on concession purchases during promotions and if the member has reached Star Status.  See the Reward Schedule for details.

Is there a maximum number of credits that can be accumulated per day for ticket purchases?
Yes. There is a cap of 20 credits per day per member for box office ticket purchases. A member may purchase tickets for non-members and children under 13 years of age and receive credits for such purchases, subject to the cap.

Is there a maximum number of credits that can be accumulated per day for concession transactions?
Yes. Members earn 4 credits for the first concession transaction a member makes any day. (A member does not accumulate credits for additional concession transactions made that same day.) Members also earn extra credits on concession purchases during promotions (such as 2 extra credits for a candy combo). Members who have reached Star Status receive 2 extra credits for the first concession transaction and 2 extra credits for promotional concession purchases. The maximum number of credits that can be accumulated per day for concession transactions is 6 credits for non-Star Status members and 10 credits for members who have reached Star Status. A member may purchase concessions for non-members and children under 13 years of age and receive credits for such purchases, subject to the cap.

How can I keep track of my credits?
Credits earned for a transaction, and total credits balance can be found in several places.
  1. Printed on the bottom of the receipt
  2. Online at www.regmovies.com/Crown-Club.
  3. At the Customer Service desk of participating Regal Entertainment Group theatres
  4. At in-theatre kiosks for Regal Crown Club cards with a magnetic stripe on the back. 

Will my Regal Crown Club card work at all Regal Entertainment Group theatres?

Do my credits have an expiration date?
Credits that you have earned will not expire so long as you remain an active member.   REG may terminate your Regal Crown Club membership for account inactivity (no credits earned in a period of twelve (12) consecutive months).

Do my rewards have an expiration date?
Yes.  All reward vouchers are valid only until the expiration date indicated.  Drink and popcorn rewards generally expire after 60 days and movie rewards generally expire after 90 days.

Can I give my Regal Crown Club credits to someone else?
No. Credits are not transferable.

How do I receive email offers and discounts?
Once you've added your email address to your account information, you will receive emails with exclusive offers and discounts.  

What if I lose my Regal Crown Club card?
Visit any participating Regal Entertainment Group theatre to report your lost card. Management at any participating Regal Entertainment Group theatre can give you a replacement card, cancel your lost card, and have your current credit balance transferred to your new card.

Can I get a duplicate Regal Crown Club loyalty card for a member?
No, we do not offer card duplication.  One card per account, one account per individual.  We encourage all individuals within the same household, 13 years of age or older, to sign up for their own card to start earning credits.

Can I use my Regal Crown Club card at different Regal Entertainment Group locations?
Yes. Your card is good at any participating Regal Entertainment Group theatre.

Can I upsize a free concession item?
Yes. See any participating Regal Entertainment Group theatre location for details.

Do I receive credits for purchasing gift cards?
No. Credits are only earned when redeeming gift cards, up to the maximum 20 credits per day at the box office.

Do I receive credits when I use Super Savers?
Yes. Credits are earned for redeeming Super Saver tickets up to the maximum 20 credits per day at the box office.  No credits are earned for purchasing Super Saver tickets.

Do I receive credits when making ticket purchases from in-theatre kiosks?
Yes. Regal Crown Club cards with a magnetic stripe on the back may be used at in-theatre kiosks at participating Regal Entertainment Group theatres.

Do I receive credits when making ticket purchases online?
Yes. If you enter your Regal Crown Club membership number when purchasing tickets online, you will receive credits for those ticket purchases.

What do I do if I notice a discrepancy with credit totals?
Please allow up to 72 hours for Regal Crown Club credits to reflect on your membership account. If you believe that credits were not properly awarded for a transaction, within seven (7) days of the transaction, you must notify Regal Entertainment Group by either (1) visiting customer service at the Regal Entertainment Group theatre at which the transaction occurred and presenting your Regal Crown Club membership card along with your original ticket stubs and original purchase receipt or (2) mailing an inquiry, along with your Regal Crown Club account number and your original ticket stubs and original purchase receipt , to Regal Crown Club – Attn: Customer Relations Group- 7132 Regal Lane, Knoxville, TN 37918 (please keep a copy of your submissions).

Do reward vouchers print at the concession stand?
No.  Reward vouchers are printed at the box office only.

My credits are not totaling properly.  What should I do?
Visit a member of theatre management and they can help you with your credits.  Note that credits that you earn may not appear in your account until the next business day.

Why does my online account show zero? I know that I have credits.
Your account could be showing “0” for a couple of reasons. If you have just created your online account, please allow up to 72 hours for the system to update and show the correct credit total. If the account is already in existence and it says “0”, please check your online profile to make sure your card number is correct. To do so, click on the “My Profile” tab on the Regal Crown Club homepage. If your card number is incorrect, send an email to RCC@regalcinemas.com with your information to have your card number corrected. Please allow up to 72 hours for the system to update and show the correct credit total.

What does NO PASS mean?
Often, free ticket passes are not accepted during the first few weeks of a movie's theatrical release.  This is a policy that movie studios set with theatres for individual movies and show times.  Please contact your Regal Entertainment Group theatre directly if you have questions about whether your pass is valid for a particular movie and show time.
