Summary: The Associate Manager's function is the operation and supervision of a theatre and its employees. Act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.
Qualifications
All qualified candidates must possess:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior supervisory experience
- Prior theatre experience helpful, but not required
- Excellent leadership and training skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent mechanical and/or technical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Extremely personable and professional
- Ability to maintain excellent public relations
- Must be a team player
- Must be attentive to details and focused under pressure
- Flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
