Regal Entertainment Group is accepting online employment applications for Floor Staff at the Island Cinema in Newport Beach, CA. The theatre is seeking applicants for the following entry-level positions: concierge, concessions, kitchen staff and auditorium hosts. All applicants must be 18 years old or older.
Responsibilities
Some of the essential functions of the Floor Staff are as follows:
- Customer service
- Cash handling
- Proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge and enforcement of the MPAA ratings system
Qualifications
All qualified candidates must possess:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior work experience helpful, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Extremely personable and professional
- Must be attentive to details
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
