Floor Staff: Ushers, Concessionists, Box Office
Job Description
Regal Entertainment Group is accepting applications for employment at the Regal Hollywood Stadium 20 in Beavercreek, OH. This is an entry-level position and job duties would include: box office, concession and usher. All applicants must be 16 years old or older.
Responsibilities
Some of the essential functions of the box office and concession cashier are as follows:
• Customer service
• Cash handling
• Proper phone etiquette
• Knowledge and enforcement of the MPAA ratings system
Qualifications
All qualified candidates must possess:
•Must be at least 16 years old
• Prior work experience helpful, but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Extremely personable and professional
• Must be attentive to details
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
