Qualifications
All qualified management candidates must possess:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior supervisory experience
- Prior theatre experience helpful
- Excellent leadership and training skills
- Ability to maintain excellent public relations
- Extremely personable and professional
- Must be attentive to details and focused under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent mechanical/technical skills
- Excellent communcation and organizational skills
- Must strive to be a leader and set the standard of professionalism
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
