Does my theatre offer a student discount?
To locate pricing information on our website, and for student and military discount availability, please enter your zip code under the “Find Tickets and Showtimes” section of the homepage. Scroll down to the theatre you plan to visit, and click on the theatre name. At that point, locate the movie you are inquiring about and click on the gold showtime. The page that is presented will provide you with pricing information, as well as student and military discount availability.

What's the age for a child and senior ticket?
Regal Entertainment Group’s policy for a Child’s ticket is age 3 to 11. Children under 3 are free. Regal Entertainment Group’s policy for a Senior Citizen’s ticket is age 60 and over.

Where do I find ticket prices?
Regal Entertainment Group theatres have specific ticket pricing based on market or territory. You can visit your local theatre to find their specific pricing policy. General admission pricing including child and senior are available at 1-800- Fandango. What are the matinee show times?
General admission for all adult tickets purchased for performances during matinee hours. The matinee hours may vary by theatre location based on market or territory. Visit your local theatre the find out details on matinee hours. Not all Regal Entertainment Group locations offer a bargain matinee price discount. 1-800-Fandango and Fandango.com will list matinee performances for your local theatre.

What time does the theatre location open?
Regal Entertainment Group has a policy of opening several minutes prior to the first showing of the day to allow sufficient time for our clientele to obtain access to our facilities and to purchase tickets. Theatre Management at their discretion may open the facility earlier in the event they deem such action to be necessary.

Where can I find information about closed captioning?
At the bottom of the homepage under Theatres, click on the Captioning and Descriptive Video link. This page will provide you with a list of our theatres, sorted by state. Click on the state in which your theatre is located. This page will provide a list of what movies are being shown that offer the captioning and descriptive audio, as well as their showtimes. If you go online to Fandango.com and locate the theatre, movie and showtime the website will list if closed captioning is available for that performance. Upon arriving at the theatre location, printed materials are available that explain how to use the closed captioning system. Our cast members and managers are knowledgeable on the closed captioning system and can assist with any specific questions you may have.

How do I get information about birthday parties?
Log on to regmovies.com and click on Birthday Parties under the Theatres heading for information and to have a theatre representative contact you to answer questions you may have. In addition, when visiting your local Regal Entertainment Group theatre ask for any available manager on duty and they can assist and supply you with all information on the availability of any birthday party offerings.

Why should I activate my Regal Crown Club account?
By activating your account you can begin to receive program awards. In addition, upon activating your account you will receive 10 bonus point towards your next bonus reward.

How do I activate my Regal Crown Club account?
You can visit any Regal Entertainment Group theatre and obtain a Regal Crown Club card. Once you receive the card you will receive instructions on the procedure on activating your account and card.

Why am I not getting a validation email after I click on email validation?
Based on browser settings you should check your spam email.

Where do I pick up my Regal Crown Club card if I registered online?
RCC cards are available at all Regal Entertainment Group locations.

What if I lost my card, how do I get a new one (ties in with transfer)?
Visit any Regal Entertainment Group theatre and report your lost card. Management will give you a replacement and have your current point balance transferred to you new card.

How long does it take for the website to reflect my new point balance?
The system is updated daily. Please allow up to 72 hours before checking your current balance.

How do I change my email address?
If you need to change your email address attached to your account you should visit any Regal Entertainment Group theatre and provide the new email address to the guest service attendant.

What if I get a new card and need to update the card number online?
New replacement card number information is updated automatically for you by local theatre management.

How do I get a replacement card and not lose all my points from my old account?
Visit any Regal Entertainment Group theatre and report the lost card and the manager will transfer the points once the lost card information is verified.
